Our customers can expect their orders to be processed within 1-2 business days of their order being received by us. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are processed the following business day, which may add an additional day to the processing time.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & TRANSIT TIMES:
All products are professionally packaged and shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Transit times are determined by the shipping speed selected by the customer during checkout. Transit time is the time it takes for the product to be received after it leaves our facility. This should be added on top of the order processing time.
COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE:
Mail carriers may be experiencing shipping delays. For questions regarding shipping delays, please contact the carrier directly once your order had been processed, and you have received your tracking number.
Customers are required to choose up to 2-day shipping for perishable items, as they are shipped in a temperature controlled packaging that can only maintain the desired temperature for up to 2 days. No other shipping options are available for such items. Perishable items are only shipped out Monday - Wednesday to allow the product to arrive withing 2 days of shipment.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.
Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
We offer international shipping on all products except perishable items.
Rates displayed on our website are in US Dollars. For rate conversions we recommend using a currency converter.
EverSmith Organics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Product returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from their date of purchase. We only do exchanges for items that are defective. They may be exchanged for the same item or a similar item if the one purchased is not available.
Our money back guarantee is for 100% of the purchase price. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return the product. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. This means factory sealed, unopened and undamaged in any way. We accept a return maximum of two items per customer.
After we receive your returned item, one of our representatives will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. For more information or questions regarding credit card refund processing times, please contact your financial institution directly.
You will be notified via email once the refund has been approved and processed.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Perishable items that expire within 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For perishable items that expire beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, we must receive the product back within 7 calendar days of its purchase in order to issue a refund. The item must factory sealed, unopened and in its original condition.
To initiate the refund process, you will need to first obtain an RMA number PRIOR to returning the product.
